- 500 grams Curd
- 1 kg Sugar
- 2 cups Water
- 1 tsp Orange essence
- 1 tsp Liquid Colour
- 2 tsp Flour
- Add sugar and flour to the water for 15 mins in medium steam.
- In a bowl, mix the flour, curd, orange essence and the liquid colour.
- Now, take the dough and make about twelve small dough balls.
- Add the dough balls to the sugar syrup for 5 mins in low steam.
- Now,put off the steam and cover it for 5 mins and serve.
